A rich, spicy and soothing white chocolate pudding served with semi-dry white chocolate sauce is all I love about the holidays.
Here are some cakes that should be easily organized while you're sure you might be able to fit them in with others. This recipe may be very tasty. It's smooth and decadent.
* Ingredients :
° 7 - Eight baking cups, cut into at least one inch
° Three halves of cups heavy cream, divided
° 1 cup milk
° Half a cup of sugar
° 2 tablespoons vanilla
° 18 oz white chocolate, finely chopped and coarsely sliced
° 7 egg yolks
° 2 eggs
* Directions :
The oven preheated 350 degres. Spray baking dish 9 x 13 with spray cooking
In a saucepan over medium heat, add 3 cups of the whipped cream, milk, and sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, then add 12 ounces chocolate until melted and smooth, and allow to cool slightly for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the yolks/eggs. Slowly whisk the mixture into the heat of the chocolate mixture and whisk it in with the vanilla. Gently lift the bread cubes and let them soak for 31 minutes.
Pour into the prepared pan also with aluminum foil, bake for 30 minutes, then remove the lid/bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown, make the white chocolate sauce, and sear in a microwave-safe bowl to heat the white chocolate with cream for 1 minute .
Stirr until chocolate melts. Pour milk over each serving of bread. Top with vanilla ice cream Note *If you can leave the bread cubes in the open air for several hours until they become liquid and dry. If it is no longer the case now, simply place it on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until dry but no longer browned. Better if it sits overnight!
Enjoy it !
