Cinnamon Apple Cake

 



Ingredients


125 g Soft butter, melted

100 g Fragrant honey

180 g Flour, sifted

3Eggs

0.5 sachet Baking powder

1C. to c. cinnamon powder

1Apple temptation

1C. to s. squash seeds


Preparation steps


Dans un premier temps, préchauffez votre four à 210°C.

Peel, seed then cut your apple into small cubes . Book.

Place the apple pieces in the flour then mix everything.

In a bowl, whisk the melted butter with the honey.

Add the eggs one byy one then mix everything.

Add the yeast, cinnamon and then the flour containing the apple pieces. Mix everything to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Place your preparation in a cake mold, preferably buttered, place a few pumpkin seeds then bake your cake for 10 minutes.

Lower the oven temperature to 145 ° C then cook for 45 minutes longer.

Take it out of the oven, let it cool for a few moments, then unmold it on a rack.
