CREAMY COCONUT PIE

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY COCONUT PIE?

This is the type of pie you make for the ones you care for the most. It’s the type of pie you savor… and enjoy slowly… the kind of pie you could also indulge by closing your eyes. It’s the kind of pie that fills you up with joy, brings back memories, and soothes your soul with only one taste. This is my favorite coconut cream pie, my friend.

This coconut cream pie was strangely influenced by… coconut body butter. Yes. I’m not even joking when I say that. I was looking through my best friend’s makeup cabinet last week when I came across around little container of Trader Joe’s butter body and wanted to give it a try. OMG is what I have to offer. If you like coconut and live close a Trader Joe’s, you must try this. I swear I’m not being compensated in any way for saying that!!! It’s simply incredible. COCONUT CREAM PIE and is rich and smooth.

INGREDIENTS LIST:

A Graham cracker crust; I used the 9-inches-sized.

A box and half of Instant vanilla pie filling, I used the medium box of 7.5-ounces.

A Box.Of 8-ounces.Of Frozen whipped topping, I let it thawed before using.

½ Cup.Of Shredded sweetened coconut.

A small spoon.Of Vanilla flavoring.

2¾ to 3 Cups.Of Cold milk.

Additional toasted shredded coconut, for garnish.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE THE BEST COCONUT PIE YOU CAN EVER TASTE:

Step 1:

I started the preparation by mixing the box of instant vanilla pie filling with cold milk in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2:

After that, I added in the vanilla extract, and I beat the mixture using an electric mixer for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

Note: in the step above you’ll need to use an electric mixer or a stand mixer, using a hand mixer doesn’t give you the texture we want in this pie.

Step 3:

Following that, I added the thawed whipped topping, and I beat again.

Step 4:

At this stage, I added the half cup of sweetened coconut to the creamy mixture, and beat again!!!

Step 5:

Then, I placed the prepared graham cracker crust on a plate and I poured the mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.

Step 6:

To finish, I sprinkled the additional toasted shredded coconut on the top, and I put It in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours, but it’s preferably to chill it overnight!!

Why don’t you take a break and make this delicious creamy pie this evening? It’s an incredible coconut pie, everyone in the house will fall in love with it from the first slice LOL!!!
