Hershey's Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Filling & Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream

 



* Ingredients :


° 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips (375 ml)

° 11 ounces soft cream cheese (340 g)

° 1/2 cup powdered sugar (125 ml)

° 1/4 cup softened butter or ghee (50 ml)

° 2 cups non-dairy whipped cream (500 ml)

° 1 ready-made graham cracker (1)


* Preparation :


1. Placing chocolate chips in-microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 1 minute; flip over. If necessary, return to the microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each cooking, until the chocolate has melted. Let it cool down.

2. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually add the melted chocolate chips, stirring on low speed, until well combined. Stir the mixture until well blended. Pour into the prepared crust.


3. Cool until the mixture is firm. Garnish as desired.

Makes 8 servings.
