° Garlic Butter Formula:

° Quarter cup of soft butter

° 3 minced garlic cloves

° 1 teaspoon minced thyme

° 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary

° 1 teaspoon chopped oregano

* Directions :

  In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, butter, potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until fork softens. Remove and place on a plate.

Turning skillet on high heat. Adding steaks. Cook on each side for 3 minutes or until browned outside. Reduce heat to mediuum-high. Cooking steaks to wanted doneness. Mine took about 10 minutes flipping 3 times to get an average well.

Just before the steaks are cooked through, make the garlic butter compound. Mix butter, garlic and chopped fresh herbs. Slide over steaks. Add the potatoes back to the skillet, heat, and let the butter melt in the steaks.

Enjoy !
