Biscuit Breakfast Bake


 

Amazing for brunches, families, & Sunday brunches!


* Ingredients:


°10 eggs

°1/2 c milk

° 16 oz refrigerated-breakfast biscuits (I use Pillsbury Flaky)

° 4 green onions (green onions, green onions, whatever you like to call them)

°2 C shredded sharp cheddar-cheese

°If you love meat - cooked bacon in middle or cook sausage


* Directions:


11*17 skillet, spraying with cooking spray (note: I think a 9×13 works great, but you may want to bake some longer)

Mixing eggs & milk in bowl. Cutting every cookies (it's all about scissors in the kitchen) to fours & adding them to bowl. I like to do this before cook bacon or chop green onions - give crackers some time to soak in eggs.

Chopping green onions, chopping cheese, cooking & chopping bacon (or sausage). Add all to bowl.

Blend it up also pour it to skillet. Baking at 350 for 26-31 min..closer to 30
